Agreement to Arbitrate: All disputes will be resolved through arbitration, not in court, unless they fall within the jurisdiction of a small claims court.
No Class Actions: Proceedings will only be conducted individually, not on a class or representative basis.
Arbitration Rules & Governing Law: The arbitration will adhere to the Italian Arbitration Association’s rules, and the Federal Arbitration Act will oversee its interpretation and enforcement.
